HOW DO I ASK FOR AN EXTENSION UNTIL AUGUST 31st?
If you were already taking these courses and had an active account as of July 1st, you have automatically been extended until August 31st. If you are a partner who had registered for VTL5 or IPStor but who had not yet started your course, or if you had only gotten through the first two chapters, your course has been deactivated and you can sign up through the partner portal for the new courses at no charge.
WHAT IS REPLACING THESE COURSES?
The new CDP Basic Online Training and VTL/SIR Online Basic Training are up and running on our new Online Learning Portal. You can register for those courses here, or through the Partner Portal if you are a FalconStor Partner.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT FINISH MY COURSE BY AUGUST 31st?
Your account here is scheduled to be deactivated and you will not get credit for partial completion of the courses in which you are enrolled and you will not be able to take any exams related to your course. You will have to start over with the new CDP Online Basic Training or VTL/SIR Online Basic Training courses available at our new Online Learning Portal. If you are not a FalconStor employee or partner, you will be charged for this new course. |
